About Us

Growing up in a Jewish household in Lima, Peru, the importance of good food in the company of family and friends has always been close to my heart. Like most Peruvian families, all of our meals were prepared from the fresh ingredients that are so readily available.

Years of home-cooked meals gave me a deep appreciation for good, honest food. By the time I was engaged to be married and all set to make a new life in the UK, I was determined not to leave my mother's recipes behind, despite never having dared enter the kitchen myself.

So, I began compiling the recipes in a scrapbook, often having to look over someone's shoulder as many had never been set to paper before. I began preparing and experimenting with the recipes... and I never looked back!

Over the years I have adopted many new dishes as my own in the same spirit that my mother first brought international cuisine to the family home. I hope that my love for cooking and willingness to explore new possibilities is reflected in my ever increasing clientele.

From a delicious dessert to a seated dinner or a buffet, our aim is to make you feel as I did in my mother’s house, where the food was fresh, delicious and well presented, whilst sparing you the stress and leaving you to  enjoy the company of your friends, family or business relations.
